Deadline for Councils and Out-of-Councils to turn top 60 PTA Reflections
entries into Ninth District PTA: Thursday, December 1, 2011 at Annex A
(district office).
60 Breakdown: 10 of each art category
(10 Visual Arts, 10 Photography, 10 Literature, 10 Musical Composition, 10
Film Production, 10 Dance Choreography)
If your council does not have entries in one or more of these categories or
less than the maximum amount then less will appear in your portfolio case.
(ie: Only music, literature and dance entries were your Awards of Excellence
this year--30 pieces total will advance to Ninth District PTA on Dec. 1, or
less if you only have 5 of one category, etc.)

your unit/school name, which council you are part of, the best time to call
you and a phone number that is the best to reach you at that time.
